Follow the steps below to enable logging:
Hold down the "option" key while clicking on the "Help" menu, then make sure "Enable Logging" is checked.
Make sure any applicable device is plugged into your Mac.
Quit and re-open Serial to make sure the initial scan of the USB bus is captured.
Repeat the actions that didn't work properly so they are captured in the log.
Hold down the "option" key while clicking on the "Help" menu (again).
Select the "Reveal Logs in Finder" option.
E-mail the resulting file(s) to us if you have an open case, or contact us and attach them to your request.
