Serial provides a "Flash DTR" command, accessible while the Option/Alt key is held down within the "Terminal" menu. This will toggle the DTR line which on many Arduino boards is connected through a capacitor to the reset line. This method will not work with devices lacking a discrete USB/Serial chip.
